| Abstract: | With the rapid development of information technology, the new new media which is based on web technology platform, is emerging constantly and spreading rapidly. It has affected college teachers＇ and students＇ learning and lives in all aspects. This paper not only describes the meaning of new new media, but how it affects the university campus culture, and how we can take advantage of new media to enhance the building of campus culture. |
