摘    要:本文通过实地调查芦笋茎杆周年生产量、分析其营养化学成分,探明其资源数量与资源质量;再分析当前茎杆处置现状对景观生态系统的影响,并研究其与植株病害发生之关系,在此基础上寻找利用途径一利用芦笋茎杆栽培糙皮侧耳和双孢蘑菇等并使栽培后的菌料回田,使茎杆生产量之养分循环再利用,以此提高芦笋产业系统的生态效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Through the on-the-spot investigation of the annual NP(Net Production) of Asparagus stems ,this article analyses the chemical composition of its nutrition,finds out the quantity and the quality of resource,analyses the effection of present disposal of the stems on Landscape Ecology System, and investigates the relation between it and the cause of the plants disease.On this basis it seeks for ways of utilizing Asparagus stems to cultivate Pleumtus ostreatus and Agaricus bisporus,ect,and returns the cultivated medium to the farmland,recycling the nutrition of the stems so as to improve the ecological and economic benefits of Asparagus industrial system.
