菊花7个品种过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)法分析了7个菊花品种的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶,依据品种的酶带特征及分布,并利用信息量谱系聚类的方法,探讨菊花品种间的亲缘关系与分类的可能性。结果表明,所有供试品种间都有一条共同特征的谱带,同时又蕴含着较丰富的多态性,从而根据酶谱表型可以有效地鉴定菊花品种。

Abstract:In this paper, Peroxidase isoenzyme of leaves in seven cultivars of Chrysanthemum was analysed by PAGE. By means of information content cluster analysis, the relationships and classific possibilities were probed according to the characters of isoenzyme bands and distributions. The results showed that the basic isoenzyme bands characteristics of the species were observed in all specimen, and polymorphism was also detected in all isoenzyme. So, the cultivars can be identified according to the Chrysanthemum variation.
