体育组织文化研究现状与展望

摘    要:组织文化是指组织成员所共同拥有的价值观、信仰、规范、基本假设体系,并能用以指导彼此的行为.其研究为理解和提高体育组织管理水平提供了新的视角,从而成为体育管理研究的热点主题.论文从组织文化的概念、影响因素、影响效果等方面简述了已有的研究情况,最后指出研究中存在的问题及进一步研究的方向.

Abstract:Organizational culture is the specific collection of values,belief,norms and basic hypothetical system that are shared by people and groups in an organization and that can guiding behaviors with each other.The research provides a new angle of view for understand and improve control level in sports organization,and it to become a hot topic in the sports management research.This paper discuss that current research from the concept of organizational culture,influencing factors,influencing effects etc,and final point out problems in the research and put forward the further research direction.
