固体燃气洗井器试验效果分析

摘    要:固体燃气洗井器是根据国家专利技术"旋喷式快速洗井器"原理,设计研制的一种新型地下水管井快速洗井器.利用固体火箭发动机作为水下气体发生器,在井下产生强烈的气举作用、水体振荡作用、增温作用、气水混合、汽化作用和复杂的涡流现象等,形成综合的洗井效能.这种洗井方法对洗井动力的利用比现今任何洗井方法都更为充分,具有强力快速洗井的特点,能对含水层产生多种冲洗和疏通作用.与传统的洗井设备比较,这种新型洗井器具有体积小、轻便、快捷、高效的特性,可以大幅度提高现场作业效率.介绍了固体燃气洗井器的基本结构、设计原理和现场试验情况,根据样机的现场洗井试验数据,分析论述了固体燃气洗井器的性能特点、洗井机理和洗井效果.该洗井器样机适用水深小于200 m范围的水井.由于固体燃气洗井器机动性能好、安装操作简便、减少了许多中间作业环节,施工周期远小于传统的洗井方法,显现出良好的综合效益.

Abstract:The solid gas-burning well-washing equipment is a new kind of device for well-washing, which was designed based on the national patented technology of the rotary spraying washing device. It uses a solid-rocket engine as the gas generator under water to produce strong lifting air for surge and to elevate temperature for vaporization and complicated vortex, which greatly improves synthetic efficiency of washing. This well-washing equipment can serve to wash and dredge water-bearing strata, and its washing dynamic utilizing is much more sufficient than any other methods ever. The new type equipment is characterized to be small, light, swift, and highefficient, compared with traditional well-washing apparatus, and can improve field manipulating efficiency. This paper introduced the structure, designing principle, and experiment results of the solid gas-fired well-washing equipment. The capability, mechanism, and effect of well-washing were analyzed according to well-washing test data of a prototype engine. The applicable water depth of the equipment is smaller than 200 m.
