泡沫玻璃与微晶泡沫玻璃的研制

摘    要:泡沫玻璃和微晶泡沫玻璃作为新型建筑材料,国内研究较少.笔者在大量试验的基础之上,研制出了容重小、强度大的微晶泡沫玻璃和泡沫玻璃产品.其中,微晶泡沫玻璃的强度足以使其作为轻质的承重墙体材料,泡沫玻璃产品可作为轻质的非承重墙体材料.并且,笔者在对它们的结构、性能进行测试的基础之上,探讨了其形成机理,为工业化生产及系列产品的开发、研究奠定了基础

Abstract:The main wall material in our country is clay brick for which large amount of energy and land has been consumed. Through dozens of experiments, the authors designed and developed foamed glass and micro crystallographic foamed glass, which are studied little in our country. The products we developed are characterized by light density, heat insulation, high temperature proof and sound proof. Based on the structure and the property we studied, their forming mechanism is discussed. And they are made from non metal material products and industrial wastes so the manufacturing of such material will decrease the environment pollution and prompt the local industry. Also we did work to facilitate the industrial manufacturing and further products researching.
