氨基硅油改性丁羟聚氨酯的合成与性能

摘    要:以端羟基液体聚丁二烯(HTPB)、氨乙基氨丙基聚二甲硅氧烷(AEAPS)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料制备预聚体,利用多元胺(MOCA)为固化剂,合成一系列氨基硅油改性的聚氨酯,测试了材料的力学性能、动态力学性能、表面水接触角,同时对材料进行了ESCA表面分析。结果表明:HTPB-IPDI型聚氨酯具有优良的力学性能;改性后的聚氨酯硅氧烷在表面富集,具有较低的表面张力,而其力学性能变化不大。

Abstract:A series of polyurethanes with different amino siloxane content were synthesized for the surface modification, which was based on hydroxyl?terminated polybutadiene(HTPB), isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), aminoethylaminopropyl poly(dimethyl siloxane)(AEAPS) and the curing agent MOCA. Many kinds of solvents were tried in the reaction and dimethylbenzene was chosen for the mechanical performance of the samples made in it. The bulk and surface properties of the samples were investigated using stress?strain analysis, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA), surface water contact angle and electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA). Stress?strain analysis and DMTA showed that HTPB?IPDI?PU gave a more satisfying mechanical performance than HTPB?TDI?PU as well as polyether?PU and the tensile properties of the elastomers modified with AEAPS didn't decrease significantly as compared with the elastomers without modification. Water contact angle test and ESCA showed that siloxane concentration on the surface region of the elastomers was higher than that in the bulk due to the surface enrichment of the siloxane and the surface properties of the samples with only less than 10% AEAPS approached that of pure PDMS.
