摘    要:在配位剂EDTA存在下,用AgNO3溶液以超声电化学方法成功制备出两种不同粒径的类球形和树枝状的纳米银,并用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对该纳米银进行表征;同时还对合成不同形状的纳米银的可调因素进行了讨论。

Abstract:Shaped silver nanoparticles with like-spheres and dendrites have been prepared by sonoelectrochemical method from an aqueous solution of AgNO 3 in the presence of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA). The silver nanoparticles are characterized by using powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). A typical XRD pattern of the as-prepared silver nanoparticles shows the presence of the diffraction peaks corresponds to the (111), (200), (220), (311) planes. All the peaks in the XRD pattern can be indexed as a fcc structure (JCPDS, No.4-0783). The effects of electrolysis on particle shapes are also discussed. It is found that the concentration of AgNO 3 and EDTA affects greatly the shape of the nanoparticles.
