复方硅橡胶栓堵输卵管可复性绝育的研究——附113例临床观察5年报告

本工作对一种新的复方硅橡胶输卵管栓堵剂进行了临床试验及长达5年的观察,效果良好.临床113例观察5年,绝育成功率为92.04％,妊娠率为7.96％.三年后绝育效果稳定,随着时间延长妊娠率下降,副反应小,有一例注药14个月后取出栓堵剂恢复了生育能力,自然分娩一健康正常女婴,本方法操作简便易掌握,便于推广。

REVERSIBLE STOPPAGE OF OVIDUCT BY SILTCONE RUBBER BASED SUPPOSITORY FOR STERZATION OBSERVATION REPORT OF 113 CASES OF CLINICAL TRIALS

A new siliconc rubber based suppository has been used for sterilization clinical trials. The clinical observation has lasted for more than five years and its result was satisfactory. After five years of observation of 113 clinic cases, there were 104 cases of nonpergnancy and 9 cases of pregnancy. The percentage of success was 92.04% and percentagl of percenancy was 7.96%. The 9 cases of pregnancy all occurred in the first three years. It is interesting that there was no case of pergnancy in the last two years and the reaction was slight. There was one case in which a woman was injected with the silicone rubber based stoppage suppository. After 14 months, the stoppage suppository was wholly taken out on Jun 18th, 1986 for her child died in an accident. A baby girl was born by natural delivery on August 15th, 1987 and developed quite well. The operation procedure is simple and easy to popularize.
