黑斑蛙肾上腺stiling细胞的研究

摘    要:先对黑斑蛙肾上腺stiling细胞出现的季节性进行了观察,发现五月初到十月中旬为该细胞开始出现并渐至旺盛的时期。stiling细胞在嗜铬反应中呈阴性,表明它完全不同于髓质细胞,但在显微结构和超微结构上与皮质细胞有相似之处。HCG和垂体提取液均可使stiling细胞数量增加、胞体增大、分泌颗粒增多。形态立体计量学的研究进一步揭示:垂体提取液可使stiling细胞和细胞核的面积、周长、长短轴比等二维形态计量参数和分泌颗粒面数密度这一三维形态计量参数均发生显著性变化。我们根据本研究结果认为:stiling细胞可能是皮质细胞的一种特化形式,它和性腺发育有密切关系

Abstract:The adrenal stilling cells of amphibian Rana nigromaculata were studied by microscopy, electron microscopy, morphometry and image pattern analysis. The stilling cells appear initially in May and gradually increase in number until October. After injecting 200u HCG, the stilling cells increased in number, becoming larger with more granules. Treated with crude pituitary extract, stilling cells had the same changes. Eleven parametres were measured at the cytological level with an automatic micro color image pattern analysis system. Statistically, all parametres had significant differences. Treated with HCG and crude pituitary extract, eosinophilia and granules of adrenal cortex cells slightly increased.
