硅微条探测器性能的Monte-Carlo模拟

摘    要:利用Monte-Carlo计算机模拟技术,对拟用于北京Tau-Charm工厂前端探测系统的硅微条控制器的物理性能进行了探讨,并为在我国研制高质量的硅微条探测器的可行性取得了一些初步的实验依据。

Abstract:By means of computing technology of Monte Carlo simulation, the principal idea aspects in the R & D of Si micro strip detector which arises from the physcis requirment in forward detector system at the Tau Charm factory in Beijing are discussed. Some preliminary results on the spatial resolution, which can improve detetive performence of these detectors, are presented for designing and fabricating high quality Si micro strip detectors in China.
