正已烷在酸性沸石催化剂上的蒸汽裂解反应

摘    要:利用蒸汽热裂装置考察HM,HZSM-5型沸石型上n-C6的蒸汽热裂反应性能,并用TPD,IR及异丙醇分解反应测定其酸碱性,发现酸性Pentasil型沸的蒸汽热裂反应活性高,烯烃特别是乙烯收率较高,其中以SiO2/Al2O3比为60的HZSM-5沸石为最佳。

Abstract:Catalytic pyrolysis process of n-C6 HM, over HZSM- 5 acidic zeolites and acidic zeolites with oxides mixed or modified zeolites have been studied.Acidity and Basicity of zeolites were measured by TPD, IRand probe reaction techniques. Experimental results showed that the activity of n-C4 and yield of alkene, especially C2H4, over acidic zeolites were higher than that of Basic zeolites.The HZSM-5 with SiO2/Al2O3=60 were the highest. The Fe-Cr-K okides mixed with HZSM - 5 zeolite exhibited excellent catalytic properties.The yield of C2H4 and alkene over such catalyst is 37% and 68. 9%, respectively, the reaction temperature lower 80K than that of CaO Al2O3 catalyst.
