江苏省地级市可持续发展能力综合评价研究

摘    要:在综述了国内外可持续发展指标体系研究成果的基础上,构建江苏省可持续发展能力综合评价指标体系,该指标体系共分3层,涉及经济、社会、资源与环境3个方面共42项指标,运用1998年数据和评价模型,对江苏省地级市可持续发展能力进行了综合评价,结论是:南京、无锡、苏州3市可持续发展能力最强,常州、镇江、南通3市较强,盐城、扬州、徐、连云港、泰州5市较弱,淮阴、宿迁两市最弱。

Abstract:By reviewing the relative researches on criteria system of sustainable development in our country and abroad, based on the particular background of Jiangsu province, the paper establishes the criteria system of sustainable development for Jiangsu. It consists of 4 estates, 3 kinks, 17 groups and 42 criteria. The 3 kinks include economy, society, resources and environment. Then using the datum of 1998 and the evaluation model, the paper evaluates the capacity of sustainable development of the area-level cities in Jiangsu province. The conclusion is as following: the capacity of sustainable development of Nanjing, Wuxi and Suzhou is the best; that of Changzhou, Zhenjiang and Nantong is good; that of Yancheng, Yangzhou, Xuzhou, Lianyungang and Taizhou is weak, while that of Huaiyin and Suqian is the weakest.
