摘    要:研究了稀土元素La3+和La-EDTA配合物在小球藻中富集的动力学和热力学过程以及对小球藻生长的影响。结果表明:La3+和La—EDTA配合物在小球藻中富集的动力学过程均可用一指数形式的方程来拟合,热力学过程均可用Freundlish方程来描述.结果还表明:La3+在低浓度(0.1~1.0ppm)时对藻的生长有促进作用,高浓度时有抑制作用,而La—EDTA配合物在所研究的浓度范围(0.1~2.0ppm)内对藻的生长有抑制作用。

Abstract:In this paper, the bioconcentration process and the effects of different species of La such as free ionand its EDTA complex on the growth of green algae (Chlorella vulgaris Beijerinck) were investigated. Theresults indicate that the kinetics and thermodynamic process of bioconcentration can be described by an exceptional form equation and Freundlish equation respectively. for the species of free ion, it can prompt thegrowth of algae when the concentration of La3 was betwen 0. 1 - 1. 00ppm. For shecies La-EDTA complexit can inhibit the growth of algae under the experimental concentration range (0. 1-2. 0ppm)
