95型塔板的流体力学性能

摘    要:在Φ1000的冷模实验装置上,用空气-水体系测试了95型大通量塔板的流体力学性能,得到不同情况下的流型、压降、漏液量、降液管液层高度等重要参数,关联出压降、降液管清液层高度的计算公式,并进行了分析和讨论。

Abstract:The fluid dynamic characteristics of the new 95?type tray are investigated in a 1.0 m diameter test rig using the air?water system at atmospheric pressure.Experimental data of flow pattern,pressure drop,weeping and liquid height in the downcomer are obtained and analyzed,and the equations for calculating the tray pressure drop and the liquid height are derived from the experimental results. It shows that the pressure drop of the 95-type tray is lower than that of tradifional sieve tray. and the 95-type tray have the lower weeping curves character. The liquid flow pattern on the tray is almost changed into idea model.
