摘    要:微观结构是影响土样工程性质的一个重要因素,对土体微观结构图像的计算机处理是微观结构研究走向定量化的一个关键技术之一。本文首先介绍了DIPIX图像处理系统的工作原理,开发了一个运用于土结构图像处理的新软件,其中包括结构单元的形状、大小、孔隙比、定向性、形状系数等。运用这一图像处理系统对太平洋洋底某软土的蜂窝状结构,郧县击实膨胀土的定向排列结构以及310国道路基土掺石灰前后的微结构形貌进行了定量处理,分析结果较好地解释了土体的工程性质。这一图像处理的应用和研制对推动我国土体微结构研究有重要意义。

Abstract:The microstructure is an important factor which influnces the engineering property of soil mass. The SEM image processing technique is one of key techniques in quantitatively analysing soil microstructure. In this paper, the working principle of DIPIX image processing system is introduced, and the softwares treating soil microstructure are developed, including form size, void ratio, oriention and formfactor of microstructure units etc. Using the system, some soil microstructural images are analysed, which include the honeycomb microstructure of soft clay in the Pacific Ocean, laminar microstructure of compacted expansive soil in Yun County and matrix microstructure of roadbed soil in 310 highway pre and post the mixture of lime. The analysing results explain the mechanism of engineering properties of soil mass. The application and development of the system are of important significance in the study of soil microstructure.
