| 摘 要： | 推动一国或者地区经济增长的各种因素和条件有内生于经济活动本身的，也有外生的，有传统的，也有现代的。解决中国经济增长驱动力的转型问题，关键是要从以要素投入为主的市场扩张型驱动转变到创新驱动。本文通过理论分析和经验研究认为，真正的经济增长创新驱动力来源于经济内生型的技术创新和制度创新，并提出了促进创新驱动经济内生化的策略与措施。

| Abstract: | There are various factors and conditions that push forward the economic growth of a region or a country, including both intrinsic and extrinsic factors, the traditional and the modern ones. To get the driving force of transformation for China＇s economic growth, the key is to transit from the market expansionary drive with inputs to the innovative drive. The real innovative driving force for e- conomic growth comes from economic endogenous technology innovation and institution innovation. Relevant strategies and measures are proposed |
