| 摘 要： | 采用心理弹性量表、职业决策困难量表、职业成熟度量表对495名高校应届本科毕业生的调查表明,大学毕业生的职业成熟度、心理弹性与职业决策困难两两显著正相关,心理弹性在职业成熟度与职业决策困难之间的中介效应显著,即职业成熟度既可以直接影响职业决策困难,也可以通过心理弹性间接预测职业决策困难,要缓解大学生职业决策困难需要不断提升大学生职业成熟度和心理弹性.

| Abstract: | A survey of 495 college graduates shows that professional maturity, resilience and career decision - making difficulties were respectively and positively correlated with each other （ r = 0. 3 8 8 , r = 0. 340, r =0455 ,P~0. 01）. Resilience has an significant intermediation between professional maturity and career decision-making difficulties. In other words, professional maturity can directly affect career decision-making difficulties and indirectly predict the career decision-making difficulties through the resilience. To ease the career decision-making difficulties, it is essential to improve college students＇ professional maturity and resilience. |
