| 摘 要： | 从553份冷饮、牛乳、污水、苍蝇等材料中分离出7株肠结肠炎耶尔辛氏菌(Yersinia enterocolitica).检测了它们的生长性能和生理生化特性.并通过玻板凝集反应确定了它们的血清型.7个菌株中,一株来自冷饮食品,含有O_8抗原;三株来自蝇体,含有O_(52)抗原成分;一株来自污水.含有O_(10)抗原;两株来自牛的粪便,分别含有O_4和O_(10)抗原成分.没有从牛乳中检出肠结肠炎耶尔辛氏菌.

| Abstract: | Seven strains of Yersinia enterocolitica have been isolated from 553 specimens of cold drink, flies, sewage, milk and cow dung. Their physiological characteristics and biochemical activities have been tested. Se-rotypes of the strains have also been identified by means of agglutination reactions. Results showed that of the seven strains three were obtained from flies with O52 antigen,one from cold drink with O8 antigen,one from sewage with O10 antigen and two from cow dung with O4 antigen. No strain was isolated from milk. |
