摘    要:用混凝沉淀-IC-BIOFOR处理高浓度乳酸废水,当进水COD在10 000~13 000 mg/L、BOD5在4 000~5 500 mg/L、SS在5 000~8 000 mg/L时,出水COD、BOD5、SS分别小于100 mg/L、20 mg/L、70 mg/L,COD、BOD5、SS的去除率分别超过99%、99%、98%。色度由1 100倍降低到30倍;出水各项指标达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准要求。

Abstract:The high concentration of lactic wastewater is treated by the coupled processes of Coagulation and precipitation,IC and BIOFOR.When the influent COD is 10 000~13 000 mg/L、the influent BOD5 is 4 000~5 500 mg/L、the influent SS is 5 000~8 000 mg/L,the effluent COD、BOD5 and SS are less than 100 mg/L、20 mg/L、70 mg/L respectively,the removal rate of COD、BOD5 and SS care 99%、99 % and 98% respectively.The chroma of lactic wastewater is decreased from 100 times to 30 times,it can meet the first class standard of 《Water discharge standard》(GB8978-1996).
