特高压输电钢管塔疲劳寿命时域分析

摘    要:根据上海某一地区风荷载的分布规律,得到各方向各风速的累积时间,模拟了风压脉动时程曲线。在输电塔塔线体系的空间有限元模型的基础上,分析了特高压输电钢管塔在风荷载作用下的响应。利用雨流计数法,得到各方向各风速作用下各杆件及连接的应力循环次数和应力幅。根据Miner线性累积损伤准则,计算得到关键节点的疲劳寿命,以推测出输电塔整体的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:According to the distribution of wind load at a certain area in shanghai,the cumulative time of wind load at different velocities and in different directions is get.And the time-history curves of pulsative wind load are simulated in this paper.The spacial model of a UHV tubular transmission line system is set up and the wind-induced dynamic response is analyzed.With the use of rain flow count method,the stress ranges and the corresponding cycle numbers under different wind load of the members and connections in the tower are calculated.Based on the Miner linear cumulative damage theory,the fatigue life of key point is calculated to figure out the residual life of the whole tower.
