| 摘 要： | 运用生物化学制备技术，利用物质在溶剂中的分配系数、酸碱性质，采取分离交叉的方法，成功地从天然无患子果皮中提取无患子皂苷及皂苷元晶体。实验表明：该工艺具有操作简单、安全可靠、成本低、效果好、公害少的优点。

| Abstract: | The technological method which extracts the supindus-saponin and it's sapogenins from the rind peel of natural Sapindus mukorossi has been successfully studied by biochemical preparation technology in alternately saparate way based on the distribution coefficient of the extrated material in the solvent and the material acidity or basicity.The technology has the advantage of simple in operation,safety and reliability,low in cost,good result and less environmental pollution. |
