基于TOPSIS法的开发区土地集约利用评价模型

针对当前开发区土地集约利用评价结果横向对比性差的问题,提出TOPSIS开发区土地集约评价模型。该模型从评价对象、指标体系、评价方法3个方面考虑进行构建,为了验证该模型的科学性,选取了4个省开发区进行实例研究,证明了TOPSIS模型应用在多个同级别开发区集约利用程度对比研究上的优势,以及其可操作性强、对样本大小无严格限制的优点,能够客观、有效的反映出评价对象的土地集约利用程度。通过构建该评价模型,以期完善当前开发区土地集约利用评价体系,满足评价实践的需要。

TOPSIS Evaluation Model of Intensive Land Use in Development Zones

In view of the disadvantages in transverse comparative evaluation results of land intensive use in development zones, this paper proposed TOPSIS evaluation model of land intensive use in development zones, which consists from three aspects -- evaluation objects, index system, evaluation method. In order to intensify the TOPSIS advantages in dealing with multiple-attributes evaluation, select four development zones and the evaluation results proved that the advantages of this model lies in easy operation,less strict sample requirement and objective and effective way to reflect the degree of land intensive use. This paper puts forward the methods in hopes of improving the current evaluation system of intensive land use in development zones so that to satisfy the demand of evaluation practice.
