钇基重稀土复合球化剂的应用研究

摘    要:试验研究了钇基重稀土复合球化剂对球铁的铁水净化(脱硫),球化,抗球化衰退,铸态基体组织以及机机性能的影响。结果表明,钇基重稀土复合球化剂具有脱硫,球化,抗球化衰退能力强,细化基体组织,白口倾向小及提高球铁抗拉强度和延伸率的作用,在高炉冷却壁,轧辊等关键铸件上应用可提高心部性能和成品率。

Abstract:In this paper,the influence of the ytirium heavy rare_ear th composite nodulizer on the morphology of graphite,the structure and prope rties of ductile iron has been studied.The results show that this nodulizer has the characters of good desulphurizing ability,good globurizing ability,high fadi ng_resistant of spheroidal graphite,smallizing base structure and enhancing mech anical properties of ductile iron.The properties of the center parts in the heav y section of ductile iron are enhanced when using this nodulizer,such as cool ing wall of blast furnace and heavy section roller.
