| 摘 要： | 建立金耳多糖注射剂中的多糖含量测定方法。采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法(简称DNS法)对注射剂中多糖进行含量测定,样品经DNS试剂显色后于499 nm处测定吸收度,在此波长处溶液的吸光度与葡萄糖含量呈良好线性关系;回归方程为:A=0.0272 0.7016C,r=0.9996(n=7);平均加样回收率为100.7%,RSD=1.9%。DNS法用于测定多糖含量简单易行、快速可靠,可用于该注射剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharides in Injectiones of Tremella medenterica.Using DNS method to determine the polysaccharide content.The absorptions of processed samples were tested at the wavelength of 499 nm;Regress equation:A=0.0272 0.7016C,r=0.9996(n=7);The average recovery was 100.7% with RSD=1.9 %.The method is convenient,rapid and reliable.It can be used for the quality control about Injectiones of Tremella medenterica. |
