摘    要:生物体每个相对独立部分的结构和功能,都是其整体结构和功能的成比例的缩小,这种现象称为生物全息律.以绿豆(Phaseolus radiatus L.)的上下胚轴和叶片为外植体,进行了Ri质粒转化根的试验.结果表明,离体的绿豆上下胚轴和叶片,在进行发根培养时,同样存在着生物全息现象.这种现象为研究离体器官的形态发生,以及发根农杆菌Ri质粒的发根效应,提供了一种新的观点.

Abstract:The structure and function of each independent part in the organism were proportionably reduced for the whole. The phenomenon was called the bio-holographic law. The explant culture of embryonic axis and blade of Phaseolus radiatus L. in vitro was induced to produce hairy-roots by Ri plasmid. The experiment showed that hairy-roots transduction of embryonic axis and blade in vitro was according with the bio-holographic law. The bio-holographic phenomenon provides a novel viewpoint for studing morphogenesis of isolated tissues and transformation effect of Agrobacterium rhizogenes Ri plasmid.
