| 摘 要： | 阐述一种新的制备银纳米粒子基底的方法，可使银纳米粒子生长到一定的尺寸，利用紫外-可见光谱和AFM研究该基底纳米粒子的尺寸分布和形貌，并对基底的SERS谱进行了研究。

| Abstract: | A new method for preparing silver nanoparticles films was reported. It made the silver nanoparticles to be a certain size. The measurements of the UV - V is adsorption spectra and AFM show that the particle size and shape, the SERS spectra was studied. |
