化学沉淀法处理高浓度氨氮废水的研究

摘    要:采用Na2HPO4·12H2O和MgSO4·7H2O使NH3-N生成磷酸铵镁的化学沉淀法,考察了药剂投加顺序、pH值、药剂配比对高浓度氨氮废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:药剂投加顺序对处理效果没有明显影响;在pH值为9,反应时间为20min,n(NH^+4 +):n(Mg^2+):n(PO^3-4)=1:1.02:1时,氨氮去除率可迭99.28%,为后续处理创造了条件。

Abstract:Chemical precipitation is an effective method for treating ammonia nitrogen wastewater. A lab -scale study was conducted to precipitate the ammonia in the form of magnesium ammonium phosphate by applying such chemicals as Na2HPO4·12H2O and MgSO4·7H2O. Results showed that the removal efficiency of NH3-N reached 99.28% when the optimal pH. Precipitation time and n(NH^+4 +):n(Mg^2+):n(PO^3-4)were 9.20min and 1 : 1.02 : 1 respectively.
