再生WC-Co粉与混合稀土制备YG8硬质合金存在的脱碳问题研究

摘    要:以再生WC粉混合制备YG8为研究对象,通过对合金性能和组织进行检测,结果发现,稀土的添加并没有抑制脱碳现象的生成,相反在一定程度上还加剧了碳的脱除。此外,与原生WC粉末制备的硬质合金相比,再生粉末制备的硬质合金,合金样品组织中出现更为明显的脱碳现象,这主要归因于再生粉末本身晶粒尺寸分布不均,杂质含量偏高等缺点,使粉末在球磨过程中易吸附有害气体,并出现更多的孔隙、空洞等缺陷,为碳的氧化或扩散提供动力。

Abstract:This paper was taked the YG8 carbides preparated by mixture of rare earth and regeneration of WC powder as the object of the research, the properties and microstucture of the cemented carbide are analysised, the results show that it has been no effect on inhibition of decarburization phenomenonthe, on the contrary, to some extent, also contributed to the carbon removal. The cemented carbide preparated by the regeneration of WC-Co powder have appeared the obvious decarburization phenomenon on organization,this is mainly attributed to the regeneration of grain size distribution of powder itself, and the high content of impurities.
