| 摘 要： | 探讨了江西省科技计划体系结构、经费投入状况,结合实践提出科技计划管理改革的意见;同时,分析了近5年来江西省科技成果登记总量的变化趋势,科技成果完成单位构成比例,并从农业科技成果转化的角度分析了江西省科技成果转化的效果,提出促进江西省科技成果转化的3点建议。旨在了解江西省科技计划体系现状的基础上,对促进科技计划体系改革和科技成果转化具有一定借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Sci-tech plan system structure of Jiangxi Province, as well as financial input into sci-tech activities was discussed in the paper. On this basis, suggestions of sci-tech management and reform were proposed combined with practical experience. Then the trend of total sci-tech achievements and the proportion of its finished institutions were studied in five years of Jiangxi Province. The transfor- mation effect of sci-tech achievements was taken of Jiangxi that was the transforming achievements of agricultural science and technology as example. Three suggestions were proposed to promote the speed of achievements transformation. The purpose is to understand and promote the sci-tech reform and achievements transformation of Jiangxi Province. |
