江西城市地下空间开发利用规划初探

本文在总结国际国内地下空间开发利用成果的基础上，从现实性和必要性2个角度对江西城市地下空间发展前景进行了分析。分析认为江西省省域范围内大部分城市已经进入地下空间利用时期，部分城市已经进入大规模开发利用时期。进行地下空间总体规划，有利于江西地下空间及城市群的健康持续发展。建议江西省在进行地下空间规划时，应该遵循总体规划分步实施原则和分层布局原则，做好重点城市地下30m以上重点层次的地下空间规划，其中重点做好市政基础设施、交通设施、公共服务设施和人防设施等四类重点项目的规划。最后，对江西省地下空间规划及实施提出相关建议。

Exploration of Jiangxi Urban Underground Space Development and Utilization Planning
