地方公益性科研机构管理人员绩效考核研究

摘    要:在当前的地方公益性科研机构改革发展中,对管理人员的绩效考核是一项重要内容,它是管理人员职位晋升、聘任、交流和薪酬高低的重要依据.在对以往绩效考核方法研究分析的基础上,针对地方公益性科研机构的特点、现行考核方法的难点,提出修正的原则及一些具体的建议.

Abstract:Now, in the development and reform of local public scientific research institutions, management staff performance appraisal is an important content. It is an important basis for management personnel promotion, appointment, exchange and salary level. Based on the analysis of the previous research on performance assessment methods, assessment methods, according to the characteristics of the current difficulties of local public research institutions, puts forward a revised principles and some suggestions.
