摘    要:样品中铂、钯和金经火试金法富集后,所得贵金属合粒用硝酸(1+1)和盐酸溶解,直接在电感耦合等离子体质谱仪上测定试样中微量铂、钯和金的含量.对火试金法的试验条件进行了优化,方法用于分析国家标准物质,测定结果准确度和精密度均能满足要求.

Abstract:Platinum,palladium and gold in Sample was enriched by fire assay method,and the precious metals alloy obtained was dissolved by nitric acid (1 + 1 ) and hydrochloric acid,The contents of platinum palladium and gold in the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS. The proposed method was used in the analysis of CRMs, precision and accuracy of the results meet the requirements of the standard.
