| 摘 要： | 首先研究二阶非完整系统的Ｌｉｅ对称，得到确定方程，结构方程和守恒形式，其次，研究了Ｌｉｅ对称性与Ｎｏｅｔｈｅｒ对称性的关系；最后，举例说明结果的应用。

| Abstract: | Firstly, this Paper studies the Lie symmetries of the order systems,ob- tains the determining equations, the structure equation and the form of conserved quantities.Sec- ondly, it studies the relation between the Lie symmetries and the Noether's symmetries. Finally, itgives two examples to illustrate the application of the result. |
