化学楼通风柜变频控制系统的研究

摘    要:针对目前化学楼通风柜系统中常采用的定风量系统设计,不能保证通风柜风量的稳定,不能最大限度地节能的问题,提出了根据系统所开启的通风柜的数量,采用风机变频控制系统总风量的方法。同时,介绍了某化学楼通风柜变频控制改造工程。结果表明,风机变频控制改造在技术上可行,能大大节约能源,是一个值得推广的项目。

Abstract:In the common CAV systems method for ventilation cupboard system of chemistry - buildings, can not guarantee the stability of the ventilation quantity and can not furthest save energy. Puts forward a ventilation quantity control method by variable -frequency fan according to the amount of the opened ventilation cupboard. Meanwhile, presents the alteration of ventilation cupboard system to adopt a frequency control fan in a chemistry - building. The result shows that the reforming is technically feasible, and that it can save energy, so it is worth while spreading this project.
