| 摘 要： | 在试管中诱导金边瑞香芽苗生根，要同时添加NAA和IBA或NAA和IAA才能形成良好的根系，添加足够的蔗糖对提高生根率，增加每株生根数和根的长度都至关重要。通过对6种生根培养基比较，确定1／2MS＋NAA0．5mg／L＋IBA0．5mg／L＋3％蔗糖为最佳的诱导生根培养基，平均生根率达84．6％。

| Abstract: | For the induction of a good root system of the shoot of Daphen odora var.marginata,in vitro,it was in need of the composition of NAA and IBA or NAA and IAA,besides it was most important to add enough amount of sucrose for increase the rooting rate,the number of root per shoot generated and the length of root.Through the comparison between 6 kinds of rooting mediums,1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L+3%sucrose was determined as the best one and a rooting ate of 84.6% was obtained in this medium. |
