纳米氧化锌薄膜蓝光发射机制的研究进展

摘    要:氧化锌是一种重要的短波长光电子材料。除了它的紫外发射之外,氧化锌的蓝光发射也同样引起了人们的极大关注。尽管人们已经对ZnO材料的蓝光发射做了比较深入的研究,然而对于它的发射机理目前尚无统一的结论。从理论和实验两方面对氧化锌薄膜的蓝光发射机制进行了综述,重点介绍了由锌填隙、锌空位、氧空位及杂质导致的缺陷发光模型。根据上面的分析及实验研究结果,认为蓝光发射主要与锌间隙和锌空位缺陷有关。
