| 摘 要： | 以大花石榴的胚为外植体在MS＋BA1＋NAA0.2培养基中诱导愈伤并产生不定芽,在MS＋BA0.5＋NAA0.2培养基中进行芽苗的增殖培养,在1/2MS＋NAA0.5＋IBA0.5培养基中诱导芽苗生根。试管苗在珍珠岩基质中罩塑料杯保湿炼苗后即可移栽入土中。

| Abstract: | The embryos of Punica granatum cv. Nana were used as explants to initiate calluses in the medium of MS+BA1+NAA0.2.The calluses with small buds were cultured in the medium of MS+BA0.5+NAA0.2 for the multiplication of sprouts.The shoots regenerated were rooted in the medium of 1/2MS+ NAA0.5+IBA0.5.The seedlings covered with plastic cups were tamed in the medium of pearlite for a short period and transplanted into soil as the terminal buds had sprouted. |
