水温对褶纹冠蚌血细胞含量的影响

摘    要:本研究分别在10℃、15℃、20℃、27℃和30℃等5种水温下暂养褶纹冠蚌,每组蚌的数量为30只,暂养5d后对各组褶纹冠蚌的血细胞进行分类、计数并进行统计分析。结果发现,在15℃以下水温中暂养的褶纹冠蚌,其总血细胞含量随着温度的上升而下降,水温为15℃时其总血细胞含量最低,每毫升血淋巴中含血细胞的总数为(1.90±0.59)×10^6个;在15℃以上的3种水温中暂养的褶纹冠蚌,随着温度的升高,其总血细胞含量逐渐升高,水温为30℃时其总血细胞含量达到最高值,每毫升血淋巴中含血细胞的总数为(2.62±0.60)×10^6个。随着水温的不同,褶纹冠蚌血淋巴中的小颗粒细胞和透明细胞含量的变化与总血细胞含量的变化相似,而其中的大颗粒细胞和淋巴样细胞含量的变化与总血细胞含量的变化有所不同。

Abstract:In the present paper, influence of water temperature on different hemocytes of C. plianat was studied by counting the mount of haemocytes in a milliliter of hemlymph. C. plianat were firstly placed into different water cylinders,whose temperature are controlled at 10 ℃, 15 ℃ ,20 ℃ ,27 ℃ and 30 ℃ ,respectively. Results showed that the total hemocyte count( THC) in a milliliter of hemlymph decrease when water temperature increase under 15℃, the smallest amount of THC in a milliliter of hemlymph, about ( 1.9 ± 0.59) × 10^6 cells/mL, appeared when the water temperature is at 15 ℃. THC in a milliliter of hemlymph, however, was gradually up -regulated when water temperature increase. The largest amount of THC in a milliliter of hemlymph, about ( 2.62± 0.6 ) ×10^6 cells/ mL, appeared at 30℃ of water temperature. THC in a milliliter of hemlymph at five different water temperatures was significantly different. Significantly difference of was detected between THC in a milliliter of hemlymph at 10℃ and 15 ℃ of water temperature. Although the chang/ng trend of the content of small granulocytes and hyalinocytes with water temperature were the same as the change of THC, the changing trend of the content of large granulocytes and lymphoid hemocytes with water temperature have no likeness with THC.
