摘    要:实验研究中,以粗颗粒铜粉为试样,采用改进型振动球磨机对其进行超细粉碎研究。实验进行之前,对振动球磨机的结构及特点作了简要分析。按正交表L8(2^7)安排了正交试验方差分析确定了制备金属超细铜粉的最佳球磨时间、球磨介质和球料比,并确定了各因素对球磨过程的影响程度。根据回归分析原理,由最佳条件下实验结果的回归分析,确定了振动球磨制备金属超细铜粉的粒度特性方程式。

Abstract:The sample which is used in the experiment is coarse copper powder,and the study of ultra_fine comminution is carried out by using improved vibration mill. The structure and characteristic of vibration mill are briefly analyzed before the experiment is done. Then the orthogonal test is finished by using orthogonal table L 8(2 7). The best of milling time,milling medium, ratio of ball to sample are confirmed by the orthogonal test analyzing of variance, and the influence degree of each factor which is affecting to the milling process is confirmed. By the principle of regression analyzing,the granularity characteristic equation of copper powder which is prepared by vibration mill is made certain in terms of analyzing of variance which is done in the best experiment conditions.
