摘    要:为满足栽培对种苗的需要,并对野生资源进行保护,本研究以银线草嫩茎为材料,采用组织培养的方法,进行了嫩茎愈伤组织的诱导与分化、试管苗的生根培养,以及移栽和定植的研究,建立起银线草嫩茎的无性系.研究结果表明:MS+ZT 0.2 mg/L+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L是愈伤组织诱导培养和继代培养的理想培养基;MS+BA0.6...

Abstract:The aim was to meet the need for cultivation of germchits and protect wild resources.The tender stems of Chloranthus japonicus were used as material to do the research on callus induction and differentiation,rooting and transplanting of tube seedlings,finally establish the clone of Chloranthus japonicus.The results show that MS+ZT0.2 mg/L+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L is the optimum medium for callus induction and subculture.The optimum medium for callus and adventitious buds differentiation is MS+BA0.6 mg/L+ NAA 0.1 mg/L.1/4MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IAA0.4 mg/L is the optimum medium for adventitious buds rooting.Colonization of plantlets ismaintained for all biological traits which wild plant has and can flower and bear seeds in the same year.The clone of Chloranthus japonicus was established.
