摘    要:从活性污泥中初筛分离出21株产絮凝剂的菌株,复筛得到一株具有较高,较快絮凝活性的微生物产生菌,将其命名为WZU-1。通过培养条件优化,考察了各种因素如碳源、氮源、pH、温度、培养时间、摇床转速对絮凝效果的影响。实验结果表明,WZU-1对高岭土悬浊液的最佳絮凝条件为:碳源为葡萄糖、氮源为尿素、pH为8.0、温度为38℃、摇床转速为200r/min、培养时间为36h,在最佳条件下对4‰高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率达到95.16%。同时对该菌株絮凝性能进行了研究,结果表明该菌絮凝活性物质分布在发酵液离心后的上清液中,为该菌代谢产物;并具有较好的热稳定性。

Abstract:Strains are separated and filtered from activated sludge which is high flocculent bacteria. The series strains are named WZU-1. Then the research was focused on optimization of culture conditions such as carbon source, nitrogen source, pH, temperature, rotational speed and culture time. Amount of WZU-1 were glucose, urea, 8.0,38 ℃, 200 r/min, 36 h. The highest flocculating rate of WZU-1 was up to 95.16% under optimum conditions. Then the flocculanting activities were investigated. The result showed that most of the microbioflocculants were concentrated in the supernatant and the thermal stability of WZU-1 was high.
