基于PCA-TOPSIS的云南省建筑业在西部地区的竞争优势分析

为明确地区建筑业的竞争力优势与不足有助于地区建筑业的发展,基于PCA-TOPSIS基本模型,对云南省建筑产业的竞争力优势进行分析。地区建筑业竞争力水平的影响因素众多,综合考虑到建筑产业指标的意义和数据获得的可能性,并结合相关研究构建了包含25个指标的评价体系,以近3年的统计数据为基础,对云南省与四川、重庆等西部12省市的建筑业竞争力进行比较分析,确定其省域竞争力。结果表明云南省建筑业竞争力处于西部12省市的中下游水平,但是发展潜力很好。

Analysis on the Competitive Strength in Construction Industry of Yunnan Province in Western Region Based on the Model of PCA-TOPSIS

Identification of competitive strength and weakness for a regional construction sector can contribute to its development. The article analyzed the competitive strength of Yunnan province based on the model of PCA-TOPSIS. A variety of factors can impact regional construction industry. By combining re-searches of other scholars, an evaluation system which contains 25 indicators, is built in a comprehensive consideration of the meaning of construction industry indicator and the possibility of data acquisition. Analyzing the statistic data of recent three years in approach of sorting and comparing the competitiveness of the 12 provinces in western region such as Yunnan, Sichuan and Chongqing identify its regional competitiveness. The consequence shows that the construction industry competitiveness of Yunnan province is at mid-low level among 12 western provinces ,but has a good development potential.
