稀土元素铈对Cu—Fe—P合金导电性和力学性能的影响

摘    要:在Cu-Fe—P合金中添加稀土元素Ce,研究不同含量Ce对Cu—Fe-P合金的导电性、硬度、抗拉强度等性能的影响。结果表明,稀土元素Ce能起到基体净化和晶粒细化的作用,从综合性能考虑,添加0.1%稀土元素Ce能够提高材料的导电性、硬度及抗拉强度。

Abstract:The effects of different contents of Ce on the properties(such as electrical conductivity,hardness and strength) of the Cu-Fe-P alloys were studied.It is showed that rare-earth element Ce could purity basal body,refine the grain.To consider the integrated properties,the best content element Ce is 0.1%.
