摘    要:空分装置中主冷凝蒸发器的自由液面常发生波动,不利于空分装置的可靠运行。为了解这种变工况下换热器传热能的变化情况,文中研究了不同间隙尺寸下,浸没深度对弦月形缝微膜蒸发通道内液氮的热虹吸沸换热特性的影响,并设计了一种补液措施。

Abstract:Fluctuation of the liquid surface in a condenser evaporator is undesirable to the operation of an air plant. Such an ill behavior can be determined from a knowledge of the effect of submergence on the boiling heat transfer in a lunate narrow channel with different gap size. Developed is a liquid supplying technology by assuming that the mass flow flux of the liquid varies from submergence. When submergence is less than unity, the heat transfer flux apparently decreases. With fresh liquid supply at the middle of flow channel, the critical heat flux is augmented greatly and the adaptability for different submergence is enhanced.
