| 摘 要： | 本文对多级压缩机压力比与气阀结构参数的优化设计进行了较为全面的研究,并对其中某些重要的问题提出了新的见解。在多级压缩机的优化研究中,以比功率为目标函数,建立了多级压缩机工作过程的数学模型,且在各设计变量对整机性能影响的讨论与研究的基础上,提出了合理的约束条件。通过该理论用于实际的无水瓶装氧压机的设计及改造中检验,充分证明了它的正确性。

| Abstract: | In this paper the optimization of the pressure ratios and the valves
designing parameters of a multi-stage compressor is studied comprehensively,
and several new ideas on the subject are put forward. In the optimization of
the multi-stage compressor, the minimum power input per unit volume of
delivered gas is regarded as an objective function, and on this basis the
mathematical model of the working cycle of a multi-stage compressor is estab-
lished. Some reasonable constraints are put forward according to the analysis and
study of the influence of some design parameters on the performances. The models
of the working cycle of the multi-stage compressor are proved to be satisfactory
in the design of the water-free vessel-charging compressor oxygen. |
