单螺杆压缩机星轮动力学特性研究

摘    要:对单螺杆压缩机在无理论啮合误差时星轮的准静态载荷进行了分析,建立了相应的力平衡方程组;同时,在考虑啮合副存在啮合传动误差的基础上,运用冲击动载理论及啮合副传动精度分析结果,建立了计算实际啮合动载的数学模型,并用实验加以验证.研究结果为星轮设计、啮合副抗磨、减振及压缩机摩擦功耗精确计算等提供了动力学分析基础.

Abstract:Wear of the gate rotor affects the performance and reliability of the single screw compressor. While dynamic characteristics of the rotor have a direct hearing on the formation of dynamic oil film. In the paper, the quasi static rotor loads are analyzed and the corresponding balance equations are attained without considering the engagement errors. Based on the impact dynamic load theory and the transmission precision analysis, the dynamic load is determined with the existing transmission errors. The present model is verified by experimental data. Provided in this paper are information for rotor design, friction and wear reduction and power loss estimation.
