| 摘 要： | 利用溶胶－凝胶法，结合超临界干燥技术制备出硅气凝胶．通过热分析、红外光谱分析及Ｘ射线衍射，研究了硅气凝胶在热处理过程中的组成及结构变化规律．利用扫描电镜观察其组织形貌随热处理工艺的变化特点，为硅气凝胶的结构改性提供了依据．

| Abstract: | Silica aerogels were made by the sol gel process followed by means of supercritical drying. The structure and composition changes of aerogels were investigated by using thermal analysis, Fourier transmission infrared spectroscopy and X ray diffraction. The influence of heat treatment on the morphology of aerogels was observed by scanning electron microscopy. |
