永磁直线无刷直流电动机的建模与仿真

摘    要:从永磁直线无刷直流电动机(LPMBDCM)的基本原理出发,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK中的S Function模块,构造了永磁直线无刷直流电动机的数学模型.利用二维有限元法结合时步法和能量摄动法计算出电机的反电势和电感,合理地考虑了由于LPMBDCM的边端效应造成的磁链和反电势不对称.用该模型分析电机的动态性能,得到了电机运行时的相电流、推力和速度曲线.仿真结果与基于ANSOFT二维有限元计算的结果吻合较好,验证了该模型的正确性.该模型具有运算速度快、简单易行等优点,为今后该类电机控制策略的研究及具体实现提供了新的途径.

Abstract:Based on the principle of linear permanent magnet brushless DC motor (LPMBDCM), the simulation model of LPMBDCM was constructed by using the simulation block of S-Function in the MATLAB/SIMULINK.Accounting for the asymmetry of flux chain and back electromotive force caused by end effect, the 2D finite element method(FEM) combined with time stepping and energy perturbation was used to calculate back electromotive force and inductance parameter properly.The dynamic performance of LPMBDCM are simulated ,and the phase current, thrust and velocity curves are presented. The simulation result gives a very good agreement with the result based on ANSOFT. The validity of the model was verified and a new way was (provided.)
