氧化铁脱除H_2S的固定床反应器研究

摘    要:原油在储存、输运过程中会产生油气挥发和H2S气体逸出,对周围环境影响严重,为此提出了采用氧化铁吸附脱除原油挥发气中H2S的工艺.针对氧化铁吸附脱除原油挥发气中H2S的固定床脱硫反应器建立了数学模型,利用COMSOL软件进行了求解,模拟计算出不同条件下固定床脱硫反应器的穿透曲线,并与实验值进行了对照,同时进一步探讨了吸附容量的影响因素.研究结果表明:采用的氧化铁脱硫剂在空速为1500h-1至4200h-1的范围内,穿透硫容随着空速的降低而增加;空速再度下降会导致穿透硫容减小;穿透时间和穿透硫容随温度的升高而增大.另外,在相同空速下,进料H2S浓度的变化只改变穿透时间,不影响硫容的变化.
